You deserve to be happy
as much as anyone else.

  • 01 - Get To Know You

All of my coaching programs start with assessments / questionnaires that will help us get to know you - these may including exploring personality / preferences, social / leadership style, career and personal values, as well as motivators, strengths, and aptitudes. These help us see the big picture quickly and enable us to see the best place to start. This way we find you the most relief as fast as we can.

  • 02 - Fill Your Backpack

These days people look to experiences as ways to attain tools they can have to leverage down the road. I think of that as filling your backpack. Much of coaching is about you learning new tools to better cope with life. The assessments and exploration we do will help us understand your patterns and what tools you need to address the cause of your problems.

In some of my programs we are working on life or career skills that are very tangible. While in others we are working through deep traumas using body-centered therapies like EFT. My backpack is full ;). So I tend to use the tools that are best for my clients in the moment in accordance to their goals.

  • 03 - Find Your Upswing

When people stick with coaching there’s a point in time where the new skills and ways of living click - thats the “upswing”. The edge is off and things start to feel better —- this naturally motivates a person to stick with it. But, it can be hard to get to that point (on average it takes 3-6months). It also takes openness and willingness to really look in the mirror, to take the feedback in coaching sessions, to do your homework, to show up for yourself. When I work on deeper issues with people its typical for resistance to come up. I use EFT to help clear those emotions from sabotaging you but you’ve got to do the work.

  • 04 - Tweak It Out

Life is about integrating the new learnings and finding our best ways to avoid pain! It’s why we develop all kinds of bad habits - they reduce our stress. And it can be really hard to find peace of mind without things like food, or a nice glass of wine, at times. So, I will help you identify and celebrate the wins along the way - because there will be many. And, I’ll help you continue to make small adjustments as rapidly as you are willing to work. Once the core issues are resolved, it becomes about making tweaks to continue finding incremental relief (sometimes just 10% better is HUGE in terms of how we feel). My goal is to teach you these tools and make you capable of using them yourself! I’d like to see you “graduate” from needing my coaching.

Working Together

I offer 1:1 coaching via Zoom for individuals, couples, business partners, and teams. I’ve had quite a bit of success coaching teens, too.
For my corporate offerings please visit The Lueck Group website, individuals - read on!

Because of the deep nature of my work, I really can only dedicate myself to around 10 people at a time. So, please consider if my format will work for you!

  • I use Zoom to conduct video sessions

  • A typical session is 60-90minutes on the front end of coaching, which may lessen as you start to learn the tools

  • Most people want to meet once a week, but to expedite results, I also offer a 2x a week option

  • During a coaching session we will check in, do some work, and check out.

  • Assessment, Modern Psychology & Coaching tools, Various Stress Management Techniques such as, EFT / Tapping, Integration, Visualization, and Breathing exercises are used.

  • Practice and integration work to do independently should be expected between sessions. Most people spend about 3hrs a week on personal work outside of our time together.

  • As needed, I work with individuals searching for work on their market value proposition (including things like LinkedIn & Resume Review and Interview Preparation). I provide an integrated approach that helps my clients heal the wounds from major life transition along the way.
